1. I’m offline—what functionality still works?
Your most recent fetch is cached locally. You can view and dismiss those messages, but no new fetches or web-only features will load until you’re back online.
2. Why isn’t my Outlook detected by the desktop app?
Ensure Outlook is running under the same Windows user.
Disable conflicting COM add-ins.
Restart both Outlook and the OutPrio installer.
3. Why aren’t new emails appearing?
Check your Fetch Interval in Settings.
Click Fetch Now or increase look-back window.
Confirm you’re online and Outlook is open.
4. How often does OutPrio fetch new messages?
Default is every 5 minutes. You can adjust from 1 min up to 24 hrs in Fetch & Display Preferences.
5. How do I force a manual fetch?
Click the Fetch Now button (desktop or web). That immediately re-runs the look-back.
6. What if I run multiple Outlook profiles?
OutPrio binds to the default MAPI profile. Set your desired profile as default in Outlook’s Account Settings.
7. How do I revert my inbox after uninstalling OutPrio?
Nothing is permanently changed—no folders or rules are altered. Unread messages you dismissed will remain read. Otherwise your inbox returns to its original state.
8. How do I change my account email or username?
Go to Dashboard → Personal Info on the web, update your name or email, and click Save. You will need to re-verify a changed email.
9. Where can I find release notes and changelogs?
Visit outprio.com/changelog or click Help → Release Notes in the desktop ribbon.
10. Can I suggest a new feature or vote on one?
Yes—head to feedback.outprio.com to upvote existing ideas or submit your own.
11. How can I report a bug or contact support?
Email support@outprio.com with details and screenshots. Our SLA for paid subscribers is 24 hr response; free users within 48 hrs.
12. Where can I find developer API documentation?
Our public API docs live at api.outprio.com/docs and cover endpoints for fetching metadata and managing settings.
13. Does OutPrio integrate with other email clients?
Not yet—but we are working on plugins for Gmail and Apple Mail. Sign up for beta at outprio.com/beta.
14. Is there a community forum or Slack?
Join our Slack community via outprio.com/community to get tips, share workflows, and chat with other users.

16. How do I reset the app to factory defaults?
In Settings → Reset to Defaults, click Factory Reset. This clears all local caches and reverts all preferences.
