1. What plans are available?

2. How do I start or end my free trial?
Start: In web Dashboard click Start Free 3-Day Trial.
End: Trial auto-expires after 3 days. To end immediately, simply cancel from License Information.
3. How do I sign up for a paid plan?
In web Dashboard → License Information, click “Monthly” or “Annual,” enter billing details, and confirm.
4. How do I upgrade or downgrade between plans?
Choose a new plan button in Dashboard → License Information. Downgrades take effect at next renewal; upgrades apply immediately and prorate.
5. Can I switch from monthly to annual mid-subscription?
Yes—click “Buy Annual” and we prorate your remaining monthly credit toward the annual fee. Your old subscription will cancel at period end.
6. How do I cancel my subscription?
In Dashboard → License Information, click Cancel Subscription. You retain access until the end of your billing cycle.
7. When and how am I billed?
Monthly: Billed every 30 days on your sign-up date.
Annual: Billed every 12 months on your sign-up date.
Billing runs automatically via Stripe.
8. What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and select local options depending on your country (e.g. SEPA in Europe).
9. How do I update my payment details?
Log in to the web dashboard, go to Account → Billing, then click Update Payment Method.
10. Can I get an invoice or receipt?
Yes—after each payment, Stripe emails a receipt. You can also download past invoices from Billing History in your dashboard.
11. Do you charge tax or VAT?
Applicable sales tax or VAT is added at checkout based on your billing address and local regulations.
12. What is your refund policy?
Annual plans: Full refund within 7 days of purchase.
Monthly plans: No refunds after the month starts.
13. Do you offer multi-user or enterprise licensing?
Yes—contact sales@outprio.com for volume discounts, seat management, SSO, and dedicated support.
14. How can I add seats for my team?
In Team Settings (web), click Add Seat, enter teammate emails, and they’ll receive invites. Billing is prorated.
